Unexpected turn~

Today was, surprisingly enough, a good day! :D

Started off well, what with my taxi driver being friendly and all. I left his cab on a good note~

Actually thought today was going to turn out bad due to an unpleasant start this morning(accidently knocked over a heavy little board at the display counter and when i straightened up after righting it, i faced a nasty, mean look from a formerly friendly colleague. Bitch -_-), but everything turned out well after my morning break! :)

Made a new friend; a nice Malay girl...we share so many similarities! Like, we both come from a Christian Convent Sec Sch, we both like Japanese food, shopping, unique clothes and even,well, similarities in physical appearances-we both appear to be Primary school kids/Sec sch kids instead of 18.

How cool is that! Haha~

Am going for lunch with her tmr, hope this is a friendship which will last :))

Also, i guess i may have appeared 'fake' to the young ones(by 'young ones' i mean the waiting-for-O-level-results ones). I guess that notion was dispelled after a girl(the mean one who was bitchy at first) heard how i interacted with my new-found friend. Thus did she start acting friendly; she even said bye to me nicely at the end of our working day :)

Also brought an extra seat to an Indian couple waiting for their daughter(in the fitting room) and got sincerely thanked by them three times before R. closed it's doors. :))) Motivation to go the extra mile!

Shame this wont ever get noticed by the manager or my P.E.M though.

But still, the happiness i get is... :))
