-was gooooood! Honestly i was expecting really crappy acting(like those of Z-list actor, haha), cause a large majority of the reviews were negative, but it was great! :)
Well, or at least the dance segments were. As in, those were the parts were super impressionable, but come to think of it, the acting wasn't all...'there'. Haha.
The parts which really excited me were the dance scenes at the beginning of the movie-with the cars on their hind wheels and the uber cool dancers moving in such tight, controlled, slick movements in formation-and the dance act in the art museum. I especially loved how surreal the scene with ballerinas-with neon, glow in the dark beads sewn into their costumes-dancing to trance music was. That dreamy, fluid and quick rhythm pacing those graceful, languid movements kind of brought it to a whole different level for me. Oh gosh was it good!! Imma download that segment if i can and watch it again and again and again~
How i love surreal stuff. <3
I also experienced a small, cold frisson of dismay when the antagonist betrayed the protagonist(his best bud and leader of The Mob, i think). To expose his best bud's girlfriend in that fashion to her father, and reveal her rebellion(and betrayal of sorts)!
Tsk.
I must say, i can't remember when any movie made me react with that bit of dismay. Perhaps this too is what makes this movie kind of memorable for me~
Anyway, so, met S. for lunch before watching said movie today! Hot Tomato's Student Lunch is goooood. :D

Look at that yumminess! The ice lemon tea had that right amount of sweetness(or so i think, but then again i've a high threshold for sweet stuff) and the noodles were nicely seasoned. Chicken chop was dry at some bits but overall it was good! Only $10 or so too. ^_^
After the movie we went to Daiso, where i bought this:

The clothes hanger and little container, that is. The ancient clothes hanger in my house is practically on it's last hinges alr -.-
And lovely, light-gold Swallow hairclips from Lovisa!

Attempted artsy shot No. 1~

Been looking for swallow accessories recently, and i think these would do just fine! :)

Attempted artsy shot No.2. Haha.
Granted Lovisa is a pricey place, but their accessories...!! I saw rings and necklaces which i totally am (still) infatuated with-a silver necklace with a row of tiny silver skulls; neon and neutral-colored skull rings, pretty rings with intricate details and bright gemstones and so many more..!
It's newly opened(Lvl 2 at Plaza Sing)so they don't have a membership program yet ): I asked...damn. But i am Totally planning on getting said membership. Rings and necklaces and headpieces and earrings!!!
My shopaholic, bargain-loving heart palpitates wildly at the thought of discounts on such glory.

Non fellow-shopaholics could not possibly comprehend...

...alright, i've finished dramatizing. Teehee.
Also spotted a gorgeous bohemian-like dress that dear O. has told me to get, so imma head back there on Wed!!! I hope no one gets it before me D:
Anyway, here's my new earring-box:
My long earrings are in another box. I think the lack of extra space in this wee box will discourage me from spending anymore money on earrings!
I hope!
Thus ended my day. :) It was a nice one.
Nights y'all! :)
Ps:

A reminder that success isn't a vertical path, but a long, arduous and possibly winding one...

<- that dress!!! Le gasp <3
