Exams, outings and formal dinners-all these timings seem to collide! It's the very last sem for Poly, so i want to give this my last, best shot, but i can't seem to find a balance between fun(outings, etc) and work(finding time to complete sets of notes, etc)...
But anyway.
So, caught Breaking Sawn with S. and A on Fri! Twas freezing cold on that day-huge blustery winds of rain and black clouds massed above the skies-so i got a cute new long-sleeved top from MSC <3
Then we took lots of photos in the train en route to PS and watched it.
Breaking Dawn was hella...brutal. Heads-and a jaw-being ripped off, etc...gotta say, i was taken aback cause i thought that it was this really tame show for tweens. Either that or tweens these days are now desensitized to such things. Ah well. (really tired so i may just start rambling on here)
It was sort of anti-climatic near the end though, when the huge war actually turned out to be nothing more than a vision, and that a happy ending was inevitable. One would at least expect something more out of it, what with all the vampires conglomerating, ready to protect Bella and her kid and all that fuss made... or maybe it's just me. But what can one expect of the Twilight series, anyway?
Random, but this is what flits through my mind whenever i think 'Twilight' these days. Don't ask why..
Pix!

<- New top!
Then, caught Ah Boys to Men today with Sarah, at Shaw ^^ We had Macs first, and i must say, the BLT is good! I wouldn't mind working out more to burn more calories just to eat another of those, teehee.
The movie was good. :) And watching it brought out some unexpected emotions for me; sadness(like hey, those are our fallen fellow Singaporeans)and national pride. Unexpected really, cause while i knew there were gonna be bombing and war scenes, i didn't expect it to be so...intense, i guess.
Hope Part 2 will come out soon!
Had a Charity-Dinner event in the evening at some restaurant at Safra with dad's company; what i wore:
...and it was off to the event, where (once again), we had entertainers dance Gangnam style for us. So far there've been 5 such shows going on and the last involved a string of Japanese businessmen-affiliates of my dad's company-being taught Gangnam style by this really enthusiastic entertainer. Quite amusing actually, but gangnam style's now seriously overblown.
It's everywhere.

Quelle horreur.
Food was good but nothing special i guess. Had a camwhoring session upon reaching home!
I aim to have a whole room full of soft toys-from Otaru, le magical land of pastries, toys and all things beautiful and delicate!-by 30. And even if i do eventually grow out of them(heaven forbid!), they shall become heirlooms for my future kids/ grandkids!
Ha.
Well, off to bed now...
G'night y'all ^^
