Gloomy musings

Navigating in this rocky sea as an adult (now)...i find that things are not as clear-cut or easy to solve as they used to be, i guess.
As someone put it: "Look back and think of what we've lost in order to grow up".
The world..is indeed a sickening, exhausting place to be in sometimes. Humans with their petty jealousies, stifling insecurities and the urge to appear superior to others...they dominate this society. No compassion; understanding; good grace or manners?? An insufferable rat-race.

Anyway, school has officially started and though i've been skipping the last 2 days of school-unimportant classes and all-, there's no way i can put off the inevitable anymore.
School must start and it's back to the crushing rat race again.
Just when will everyone stop their absurd insecurities and phony facades???
