Anyway, just got back from some semi-formal dinner held at my dad's boss's P.O.S.H pad.

(i put 'dad's friend' in FB cause while my dad is his own boss, he works for a international company...hard to explain uh.)

Like there're ponds with koi and fish that look like pomfret(Yum :D). Pool with 5 or so round tables and their 2 story house is just filled with luxurious, opulent items. I keep on thinking of the lifestyles of their two daughters; how it must be to live with such immense wealth,etc...

then again, i guess i should count my own blessings. Haha.

Dinner was alright. My dad's boss, Mr W. and his wife are extremely jovial...like they'd hug you upon sight and everything and always smile.

Anyway, random saying aside, they also hired this famous feng-shui master, and two artists from China. I'd post up the drawings they did of, and for, my mum and i but too lazy and tired to do so. Heh.

The feng-shui master was really accurate...though i'm wondering if his readings were mayhap gleaned from observing the guests across the pool; he has a Masters in Psychology.

One of the things he told me was that unless i manage to up my level of creativity or attain a high-ranking job, i would end up exploited, at the lower rung of the fashion industry.

I am a bit skeptical when it comes to these people who profess to have insight regarding your future, yet...well,better cautious than sorry i guess...

Also informed me of my good points...and that i would excel in operations-related careers...i still will not give up my dream though.

Upon graduation(from Laselle/Napfa??? My GPA's currently too low to get into any art uni ): )I shall have a day job and on the side-lines, design a shoe collection then gradually branch out into clothes. Hope this goes as planned!
